18th January 2016, Question & Retain (Q&R), the Pulse Check™ company specialising in data-driven insights, has found an interesting split in opinion among PR Agency Heads over key priorities for their businesses in 2016.
Following the results of its one question Pulse Check™ asking 800 + UK-based PR Agency MDs and CEOs for their views on what’s top of their list of resolutions for 2016, 51% declared it was all about ‘nailing the agency’s new business strategy and planning” while 49% said they were concentrating on ‘new ways to innovate and grow the business.”
“Competition and expansion are the two greatest issues” said one respondent who is focussed on innovation while another commented, “If you have new business coming in, everything else follows.” making a clear stand for a relentless focus on new business.
Annabel Dunstan, Co-Founder, Q&R added, “These results show that Agencies continue to manage a balancing act of innovation while keeping an eye on the bottom line. The Agencies who listen actively to their client base will be the winners as they hold the insight to what the Agency does best and have the power to recommend the Agency’s services. Our last client satisfaction Pulse Check™ (for a global Agency) yielded over 130 referrals which has helped to fill up its new business pipeline for 2016.”
The Pulse Check™ ran from January 7th-14th 2016.
