Bio

Shalini has worked internationally for more than two decades in various communications roles at top FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies across a wide spectrum of internal communications, ranging from shaping and delivering both employee and leadership communication strategies.

She enjoys problem solving and finding creative ways to land tough messages in a simple and compelling way. She´s at her best working with people across all levels in the organisation. Very passionate about rallying groups of people around a shared purpose, with the aim of driving organisational success and making the experience of working more enjoyable.
